RECEIVE SUPERNATURAL STRENGTH

By faith Sarah herself also received strength to conceive seed, and she bore a child when she was past the age, because she judged Him faithful who had promised.  Hebrews 11:11

A couple of weeks ago, I began to see 11:11 repeatedly on my digital clock. When this occurred, I declared Hebrews 11:11 out loud every time. For many years 11:11 on my digital clock has reminded me to judge God faithful – to believe that God Almighty would do exactly what He had promised to do, especially when I see all natural evidence completely contradicting God’s Word and will, just as He did for Sarah, who was barren and too old to have a child. (She was 99 years old and her husband 100 years old.)

Two weeks ago, God seemed to be putting an exclamation mark behind Hebrews 11:11. A sister in the Lord, who was totally unaware of what I was seeing on my digital clock throughout that week or of my past history with God concerning 11:11, texted me saying, “I was seeking the Lord for an encouraging scripture (for you), and He reminded me of Sarah and His promise and fulfillment of a son to her… ”

She continued, “Is there something you’ve been carrying on your heart that seems too impossible? I hear the Lord saying – is anything too hard for Me? He wants to do something so miraculously outrageous in your life that you’ll laugh with delight! (Gen. 21:6) He knows and loves your heart. You are Hinot onls precious treasure.”

God wants to do something so miraculously outrageous in your life that you’ll laugh with delight!

When I asked God today about what He wanted to say to you, especially in light of it being Mother’s Day, guess what I saw? 11:11 If you have been waiting for a long time for a promise to come to pass and all natural hope seems to have dissipated, be encouraged! What God said to Sarah and through my dear sister in the Lord, He is now saying to you, “Is anything too hard for Me?”  Gen. 18:14

God said He would bless Sarah and give her a son. He said, “Then, I will bless her and she shall be a mother of nations, kings of people shall be from her.” Gen. 17:6 In other words, God was going to take away her barrenness and make her so “exceedingly fruitful” that nations would come from her.

On Mother’s Day, God is imparting His supernatural strength for you to conceive the supernatural seed of His Word. He is not only going to make the impossible, possible in and through your life, but He is going to do exceedingly above and beyond what you have asked in prayer and what you can imagine. (Eph. 3:20) So, whatever you are believing God for, have faith in Him – have faith in His Word.
