Safe, Supported, and Loved

What do you appreciate about CHR?

I can bring my most difficult challenges to CHR because I know and feel that I am safe with the people of God and the Lord ministering to me there.

I brought my “mother heart” to CHR.  Somehow, I know already the first place we would go together was to the Holy Spirit. And, the Holy Spirit did not disappoint. It was if the women were standing on either side of me supporting my body, mind, and heart with the burden that has been weighing so heavily on me. I knew that I simply need them to help me.

Fortunately, the Lord knows and has seen and has heard me cry out every day sometimes every hour. But, this meeting was about my heart breaking and recognizing that even in the sweetest and closest places with the Lord our enemy still attempts to derail us.  Together we examined this and also talked over some ideas and actions I could take in the most difficult, if not seemingly impossible, care of my very special, but also very limited daughter.   We also talked about what my actions would mean to the Lord and particularly the Lord Jesus, Who certainly died for all her and all my pain.  Can it be I have privilege of identifying with Him?

We also took time to talk about the day when we will no longer suffer.  And, I experienced the gift of remembering that someday, I will be in the audience of both the Lord Jesus Himself and my daughter, who will be free to talk, dance, and love all on her very own.  I am so deeply grateful for CHR’s time, commitment, care, love, and support.

Written Testimonies

The word “testimony” actually comes from a Hebrew root word, which means to “repeat” or “do again.”  Revelation 19:10 says, “The testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.” These shared testimonies of what Jesus has done prophesy your breakthrough, the healing or miracle you need. What God did for these people, God is willing to do for you!
