Your Words were found and I ate them. And, Your Words became for me a joy and the delight of my heart; for I have been called by Your Name, O LORD God of hosts. Jeremiah 15:16 (NASB)
Stress, anxiety, and fear can cause all sorts of health problems and other difficulties in your life. Such adversity is not part of God’s good plans. He desires for you to “prosper in all things and be in good health, just as your soul prospers.” 3 John 1: 2
Prosperity of soul is vital for the prosperity of your health and your life. But, what brings prosperity of soul? God’s Prescription is found in Jeremiah 15:16, “Your Words were found, and I ate them. And, Your Words became for me a joy and the delight of my heart.” The eating of God’s Word, digesting it with the enzymatic power of faith, transforms an impoverished discouraged soul into a joyful triumphant soul. (Heb. 4:2)
Emotions ruled by angry, bitter, depressive, and even suicidal thoughts lose their power as God’s Powerful PreScriptions, God’s Scriptures, are regularly taken. Unlike many medicines created by man, there is absolutely no harmful side-effects from God’s Medicine. (Prov. 4:22) Because of this, there are no dosage limitations to God’s Pre-Scriptions, God’s Word. In fact, the more you take, the more you will experience the prosperity and health contained in God’s Word.
Take God’s Word for it is the most powerful medicine you can take for any malady you are facing!
Take God’s Word, the Gospel of Christ! For it is the most powerful medicine you can take for any malady you are facing in your soul, body, finances, job, family, and any other area of your life. God’s Word will save you so completely “that you know that you” you are called by His Name. And what is His name? “His Name is called The Word of God.” Rev. 19:13
Do you hear your new name, the name that proceeds from the mouth of the Lord? “You shall no longer be termed Forsaken… but you shall be called Hephzibah … for the Lord delights in you… and as the bridegroom rejoices over the bride, so shall your God rejoice over you.” Is. 62:2-5 The Hebrew name Hephzibah means “My Delight Is In You.” Allow the power of your new God-given name, “God’s delight is in you,” to wash over your heart. For it is from this name, knowing that you are God’s beloved child, God’s beloved bride, in whom He delights, that the entirety of God’s Word for your life can be proclaimed with great confidence.
