“And
Jesus, when He came out, saw a great multitude and was moved with
compassion for them, because they were like sheep not having a shepherd.
So He began to teach them many things." Mark 6:24 |

About Us The Camarillo Healing Rooms is a group of trained Christians from numerous churches throughout the area who pray for the sick, ministering healing to the body, soul, and spirit. We have six prayer rooms staffed with two or three trained healing ministers per room. We provide a loving, safe, confidential environment where people can come to receive healing prayer. We are committed to pray for people for as long as it takes on subsequent Tuesdays, until a person is completely well. We are contending as a prayer ministry for God’s Kingdom, where no sickness or disease exists, to come and His will to be done on earth as it is in heaven, as taught in the Lord’s prayer. ► "And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues… they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover." Mark 16: 17-18 ► "Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven." Matthew 5:14-15 |

Our Belief on the subject of Healing We believe "Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever" (Hebrews 13:8). God’s will and heart for people was perfectly demonstrated in Jesus’ life when He walked this earth, healing the sick, casting out demons, and performing many miracles. We believe Jesus is the same today and still does these things. With this understanding, we heal those who are sick in the powerful name of Jesus. The foundation of the healing room ministry is based on the truth of Isaiah 53:4-5, "Surely He has borne our infirmities and carried our pains… and by His stripes we are healed" Matthew 8:16-17 refers to this Isaiah passage stating, "And (Jesus) cast out the spirits with a word, and healed all who were sick, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Isaiah the prophet, saying: 'He Himself took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses.'" Jesus not only paid for the forgiveness of your sins but Jesus paid for our healing. Picture your name and the name of the sickness or disease that has come against you written in the 39 stripes that Jesus bore for your healing. Jesus took it and bore it for you so that you would not need to take it or bare it! |

What to Expect When You Visit Us You are welcome to come as early as one hour prior to our opening hours to sign in and listen to the worship music whether it’s your first visit or a return visit. If it is your first visit, you sign-in at the reception desk and fill out the registration form, stating your healing need. We use your registration form to ask the Holy Spirit for wisdom and revelation regarding your need. On subsequent visits you just sign-in. After signing-in, you will need to wait until you are called in for prayer in one of the healing rooms. Those ministering healing will ask you for a brief description of your healing need followed by the team ministering with healing prayers and declarations. The prayer room sessions are generally limited to 20 or 30 minutes to ensure that each person is seen. Generally we use a first-come-first serve approach, but sometimes a person may be prayed for out of turn for reasons you are not aware of. After you have been prayed for, you may want to sit quietly near the worship music. Some people are receiving their healing just in the anointed worship time. |
